Frequenty Asked Questions (FAQ)

The GNA Internship Program is open year-round, with no application deadline. You can apply at any time.

GNA’s internship selection and journey is on an individual basis (not batch). We regret that only applicants who pass the initial selection process will be contacted for further interviews. If we don’t contact you within a month, you can assume that your application has been unsuccessful.

The interdisciplinary insights and practical skills associated with GNA’s work are relatively difficult to learn spontaneously in a short period of time. Therefore, we organize internship programs to foster community and train new talents with some of the core skills of our work, including introducing them to GNA’s work culture. This allows GNA to foster a talent pool that we may invite to work with us on a short-, medium-, or even long-term basis in various forms of collaboration, as agreed upon (terms and conditions apply, particularly regarding intern performance during the internship program, such as commitment, responsibility, and good communication; we only offer potential employment opportunities to interns who successfully implement and complete the internship program). To manage prospective intern expectations, it is essential to note that GNA owes no promises regarding employment opportunities after the internship. GNA retains full discretion to offer or withhold employment to anyone, including interns who successfully complete the internship program, in accordance with GNA’s very specific internal considerations.
