Herry Ginanjar

Hello!

My name is Herry Ginanjar, and I am very excited to join the Green Network Asia Advisory Network as a Senior Advisor.

I studied mathematics as an undergraduate at Universitas Padjajaran and continued to be a Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. For the past 17 years, I dedicated my career to public relations with a special focus on stakeholder management and issue management in oil and geothermal companies. Then, starting in 2022, I developed my own company, etKomunika, to assist corporations and provide consulting and training in the fields of Stakeholder Management, Issue Management, ESG, and Sustainability to support companies in achieving their goals and making positive impacts.

I also hold various roles in several organizations. I currently serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Indonesia, where I contribute to driving better public engagement practices between organizations and their stakeholders. I also act as Indonesia's Ambassador for the International Association for Risk and Crisis Communication (IARCC).

Besides my professional standing, I passionately advocate for the mainstreaming of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) in Indonesia. I am one of the start-ups of ESG FGD (Focus Group Discussion) in Indonesia, which has been devoted to facilitating discussions, providing views, and sharing knowledge of the integration of sustainability concepts into businesses through interchangeable dialogues and meetings among the members like the Kopi Darat ESG FGD.

I am eager to share my experience in stakeholder engagement, issue management, ESG, and sustainability with the GNA Advisory Network. I am convinced that connecting company goals with sustainability and social service would surely generate positive change in society.
