Suitable Materials for Announcement
Your press release may announce updates in your organization and community. They include, but are not limited to, organizational development, innovation to solve specific public issues, public policies, initiatives, programs, activities, good practices, lessons learned, published reports, research findings, events, conferences, and movements within the lens of sustainability-related issues and sustainable development.
Technical Guidelines
- Your press release must be newsworthy, meaning it announces information and events that are up-to-date, relevant, valuable, and closely related to public interest.
- Include relevant quotes from authoritative figures in your organization to strengthen your press release.
- If available, include 3 high-resolution photos in landscape that best represent your press release. Provide detailed information about the photos, including the source, caption, and alt-text. If you don't have any photos, please let our team know.
- Identify your organization’s public relations liaison by providing the full name, job title, email address, and mobile number (WhatsApp).
- Indicate the date of press release and whether it is for immediate publication (GNA will publish within a maximum of 2×24 hours) or a later date.
- You are fully responsible for ensuring all information and data used in your press release are accurate, precise, specific, and up-to-date.
