My professional journey reflects my multi-faceted talents - spearheading everything from customer service, legal and regulatory affairs, business development, and corporate strategy to data services, quality assurance, auditing, IT, human capital, and sustainability initiatives. I have leveraged my well-rounded expertise to drive organizational growth, whether it's developing HR and IT systems to win awards or strategizing to expand Internet business.

Now, I am also dedicating my talents to advancing Sustainability and Organization Development in my roles as General Secretary at the International Society of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) and the Association of Indonesian Organization Development Professionals (AIODP).
